Pressure doesn’t break players. It builds them.
Our Mumbai Strikers girls — Sanchal Bhor, Lavanya Adusumalli, Sarah D’souza and Ruchi Shetty — stepped onto the field at the 13th Maharashtra State Rugby Championship at Balewadi Stadium, Pune, ready to embrace the challenge.
Competing at the state level meant facing new opponents, higher intensity and moments that demanded composure, courage and character. Every tackle, every sprint and every decision under pressure became another opportunity to learn and grow.
For our girls, the championship was more than just a competition. It was an experience of testing themselves, pushing their limits and discovering what they are capable of when the pressure is at its highest.
Built Through Competition
At Mumbai Strikers, we believe that players are developed not only during training sessions, but also through the challenges they face on the field.
These experiences teach athletes to stay composed, compete with confidence and keep pushing forward — regardless of the situation.
Sanchal, Lavanya, Sarah and Ruchi embraced every moment at Balewadi Stadium, representing the Strikers spirit with determination and pride.
Sharper. Faster. Hungrier.
And most importantly — ready for the next challenge.
