Five passionate girls from St Mary’s Convent, Mulund who made it to the Maharashtra U-17 Rugby team have gone the extra mile and stood second in the 61st National School Rugby Football Championship. They grabbed the Silver medal for Maharashtra while the U-17 boys were champions in their category. Riya Coutinho, Kshitija Manglurkar, Krutuja Manglurkar, Swati Shenoy and Ishita Chande were all part of the squad that came second in the tournament. The tournament was held at Bhubaneshwar, Orissa.
