Mumbai Strikers 4–1 India Rush
Mumbai Strikers secured another convincing result on Matchday 6, defeating India Rush 4–1 after a blistering opening spell.
The Strikers wasted little time making their mark. Ravish D'souza struck twice inside the opening 15 minutes, with two quick goals putting Mumbai firmly in control.
The third goal was arguably the highlight of the evening. Suyash Valunj produced a spectacular long half-volley, sending the ball beyond the goalkeeper in a finish that stood out as the show's moment.
Mumbai continued to press and were rewarded with a fourth before the interval. Hardik Purohit found the far corner with a composed low strike towards the far post, giving the Strikers a 4–0 advantage at half-time and effectively settling the contest.
India Rush managed to find a consolation goal late in the second half, but the Strikers had already done the damage.
A fast start, four goals and another strong attacking display saw Mumbai claim a deserved 4–1 victory.
