- This tournament is open to participants aged 8-15 years.
- The tournament for commences on 21st December 2019 & ends on 22nd December 2019.
- The tournament will be held at Off Shots Astro Turf, Above PVR Cinema, Nirmal Lifestyles Mall, Mulund West.
- All competitions will be held from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm on Saturday, 21st December 2019 and from 8.00 am to 7:00 pm on Sunday, 22nd December 2019.
- The entry fee for every participating team is Rs. 1500/- (Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred Only). Kindly note that this entry fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Last date for submitting completed entry forms is 20th December 2019.
- Each Team Should Be Represented by a Captain. Teams without a Captain will not be entertained.
- The organizers will be in contact with the Manager and not the players regarding the timings of their respective matches.
- The tournament will be held in a League-Cum-Knockout pattern for some categories and Knockout pattern for rest as informed by the organisers.
- No change in the time and date will be entertained once the schedule is prepared.

- Teams in each of the above category will be permitted to participate on a First Come First Serve Basis.
- There is no restriction on the number of teams an institute can register.
- A team will comprise of 8 (5+3) players including Goal Keepers.
- Entry forms should be submitted to the address mentioned below with the entry fee.
- A player can only participate in one team per age group.
- On submission of entry forms, age - photo identity proof documents of every player should be submitted for verification to the organizers. (Please carry the original document copy & its photocopy. Documents that can be provided are Valid Passport / MSSA Card / Aadhaar Card / Other valid Photo ID Document).
- Teams should report an hour before their scheduled match time. If a team fails to report before their scheduled match time, the opponent team will be given a walkover.
- We support FAIR PLAY; we want you to support it as well.
- All participants will get a certificate of participation for being a part of the Rotary Cup 2019.
- Champions & Runners-up in each category of the Rotary Cup 2019 will receive a Team Trophy, Medals and Certificates of Merit.
